Effective Date: 28 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, online facilities, campaigns, donation/payment facilities and other digital services operated by NPF Navprerak Foundation.

By using our website or submitting a donation/payment through it, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Foundation

NPF Navprerak Foundation is incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Its objects include activities relating to education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, rural development, environmental protection, social welfare and humanitarian assistance. MOA MOA

The Foundation's objects extend throughout India. MOA

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, misuse donation/payment facilities, or use Foundation content for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Donations and Contributions

Donations or contributions made to NPF Navprerak Foundation must be made voluntarily and from lawful sources.

The Foundation may decline, suspend, return or seek additional information regarding a contribution where required for compliance, verification, fraud prevention, programme restrictions or other legitimate reasons.

The Foundation's MOA authorises acceptance of donations, assistance and funds subject to applicable law. MOA

4. Use of Funds

Funds received by the Foundation will be applied toward its lawful objects and activities, subject to applicable law, donor restrictions accepted by the Foundation and programme requirements.

The Foundation's constitutional documents require its income and property to be applied solely toward its objects and prohibit distribution of profits to members. MOA

Where a donation is made toward a particular campaign or purpose, the Foundation will endeavour to apply it toward that purpose. If circumstances make the original purpose impracticable, completed, overfunded or otherwise unsuitable, use or reallocation will be handled subject to applicable law and any binding donor restrictions.

5. Tax Benefits

A donation does not automatically qualify for an income-tax deduction merely because it is made to a Section 8 company.

Any tax benefit will be available only where the Foundation has the relevant valid registration/approval and the particular donation satisfies applicable law.

Donors are responsible for determining their own tax eligibility and should obtain independent professional advice where necessary.

The Foundation will issue donation receipts or statutory documentation where applicable and subject to the information required from the donor.

6. Foreign Contributions

Contributions from foreign sources will be accepted only where and to the extent legally permissible and after compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The availability of an online payment mechanism should not be interpreted as confirmation that every person or foreign source is eligible to donate through that mechanism.

7. Campaign Information

We endeavour to provide accurate information regarding our campaigns, programmes and initiatives. Circumstances relating to beneficiaries, emergencies, programme requirements, costs and implementation may change.

Campaign photographs, illustrations and beneficiary stories may be representative or informational unless specifically stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and other original material belonging to NPF Navprerak Foundation may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, modified or distributed without appropriate permission.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies or transactions.

10. Availability

We endeavour to keep our website and payment facilities available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, payment-provider issues, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from website interruption, third-party service failures, unauthorised external websites or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The latest version published on the website will apply prospectively from its stated effective date.
