Effective Date: 28 September 2026
NPF Navprerak Foundation appreciates the support of its donors and contributors. Because donations are voluntary contributions intended for charitable and social purposes, donations successfully received by the Foundation are generally treated as final.
However, genuine payment errors will be reviewed fairly.
A refund request may be considered where there has been a duplicate payment; an incorrect amount was entered accidentally; an unauthorised transaction is reported with appropriate supporting information; the payment was received due to a demonstrable technical error; or another exceptional circumstance is accepted by the Foundation after review.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Please submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction wherever reasonably possible.
Requests received after this period may still be considered in exceptional circumstances, but may be more difficult to process where funds have already been committed or utilised for the intended charitable programme.

Email: [Official Foundation Email]
Include the donor's name, registered mobile/email, donation amount, transaction/payment ID, date of payment, reason for requesting the refund and, where appropriate, supporting payment evidence.
Do not send OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or banking passwords.
The Foundation may verify the transaction with its records, bank or payment gateway before deciding the request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to establish the transaction or the basis of the request.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method/account wherever technically possible.
Actual credit time will depend upon the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.
Any lawful payment-gateway or banking charges that are non-recoverable may be dealt with in accordance with the applicable payment-provider arrangements and law.
Where funds have already been applied or irrevocably committed toward the stated charitable purpose, a refund may not be possible except where required by law or where the Foundation determines otherwise based on the circumstances.
If an amount is debited but the transaction is shown as failed, donors should first allow the normal banking/payment-gateway reversal period.
If the amount is neither credited to the Foundation nor automatically reversed, the donor should contact their bank/payment provider. The Foundation will provide reasonable assistance where its transaction records can help resolve the matter.
If recurring donations are introduced, donors may request cancellation of future recurring payments in accordance with the mandate/payment-provider procedure.
Cancellation of a recurring mandate stops future authorised payments; it does not automatically refund donations already successfully processed.
