Effective Date: 28 September 2026

NPF Navprerak Foundation provides online payment facilities to facilitate eligible donations, contributions and other authorised payments connected with the Foundation's lawful activities.

Donations are Voluntary

All donations are voluntary. Making a donation does not create any ownership, membership, investment, profit-sharing or other financial interest in NPF Navprerak Foundation.

The Foundation's Section 8 licence requires its income and property to be used toward its objects and prohibits distribution of profits to members. SPICE + Part B_Section 8 Licens…

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers or other financial service providers.

NPF Navprerak Foundation cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party payment systems.

A payment being debited from a donor's account does not by itself conclusively establish successful receipt by the Foundation. Where a transaction shows as failed, pending or disputed, final confirmation may depend upon the payment gateway/banking records and reconciliation.

Payment Security

Users should never share their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, internet-banking password or other confidential authentication credentials with Foundation representatives.

NPF Navprerak Foundation will not ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password.

Donation Receipts

A receipt may be generated or issued after successful receipt and reconciliation of the donation and after obtaining the information required for the relevant receipt or statutory reporting.

Please ensure that your name, address, PAN and other requested details are entered correctly where required.

Tax Disclaimer

A donation receipt is not, by itself, a guarantee of a tax deduction.

Tax deductions, including any deduction that may be available under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, depend upon the Foundation holding the applicable valid approval and the donor/donation satisfying the applicable statutory conditions.

The website should not display “80G Tax Exemption Available” until the Foundation has actually obtained the relevant valid approval.

Foreign Donations

The ability to access a payment page from outside India does not mean that the Foundation is authorised to accept a foreign contribution from that donor.

Foreign contributions will be accepted only in accordance with applicable Indian law and after the Foundation has the permissions/registrations required for such receipt.

Incorrect or Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe that you made an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised payment, contact us promptly with the transaction ID, date, amount, payment method and relevant supporting information.

Any refund will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No Financial Return

A donation to NPF Navprerak Foundation is not an investment, deposit, loan or financial product. No financial return, interest, dividend or profit is promised to a donor.
