A child’s ability to learn should not depend on whether their family can afford every book, notebook or learning resource they need. For children in rural and economically weaker communities, these everyday costs can make an already difficult educational journey harder.
Shiksha Sankalp is NPF Navprerak Foundation’s proposed initiative to identify practical barriers to learning and support eligible children according to their needs. Activities may include providing books and stationery, assembling learning kits, facilitating academic support, improving access to digital learning resources and arranging educational or career-awareness sessions.
The campaign also invites teachers, volunteers, schools and community members to contribute their knowledge and time. As activities begin, the Foundation can publish where support was provided, what resources were delivered and what was learned from the experience.
A small educational resource, offered at the right time, can help a child keep moving forward.
